The Tailored Sports team is composed of individuals who have many years of experience working for for large scale sporting organisations. Their focus has been in the fields of commercial operations and event logistics services. The team has gained valuable experience and insight on the procedures, guidelines and operational details of events such as UEFA National and Club Competitions, Olympics and FIFA World Cups.
Konstantinos Tsoukakis
Founder and Managing Director
Konstantinos Tsoukakis, founder and Managing Director, is an industry expert who has worked for the past 14 years in the sports events domain with a specialization in event logistics services and commercial operations.
Konstantinos started his career working at the Athens 2004 Olympics offering logistics support services to the game’s host broadcaster staff. From here, he continued his involvement at the FIFA World Cup 2006 and Asian Games 2006 in Doha. In 2010 he was responsible for the VIP Hospitality F&B concept in two World Cup stadiums in South Africa (Polokwane and Cape Town).
He worked at UEFA for 8 years delivering various services to major stakeholders (staff, suppliers, sponsors, broadcasters) in large scale events including:
- EURO 2008: hospitality and logistics services for 2000 host broadcasting staff
- EURO 2012: accommodation and transport coordination for 2500 staff
- EURO 2016: UEFA project lead on workforce logistics services for 3600 staff
- UEFA Club Competition Finals (UCL, UEL, SCUP) and season (2012-2018): UEFA project lead on sponsor and broadcaster accommodation services
Konstantinos is also involved in the commercial operations project of UEFA as Venue Sponsorship and Services Manager being responsible for the sponsors right implementation (ticketing, hospitality, sponsor activations) in manyUEFA Champions League venues.
His solution oriented approach combined with the valuable network he has aquired guarantees a flawless event service delivery.
